This means Let's Plays, remixes, fan art are now free to be done with the Nintendo Ban Hammer coming down. (I really hope this means Project M will never be C&D.) What do you guys think? The only good thing is that Nintendo won't C&D fan games; which they haven't done so far. But I doubt they're ever acknowledge Project M, for obvious reason. As of late they've been slightly trying to push Project M out of the scene,which, over the last month or so has resulted in some serious backlash to the point that the Apex tournament organisers even got death threats (I know, we're going back to this shit again).
