I have a fairly lengthy list, but my personal favorite would have to be Plok from the SNES game of the same name.

Favorite air based vehicle. Anything that has a pilot and flies that isn't alive. You can't have an overlord, but you can have a medivac.
Speaking of the medivac, that's my choice.
