I'll go with Silver Shroud from Fallout 4 at the moment. I might have a different one later.

Yeah, I agree. The startup that made my childhood was the "POWER" button on the NES.

I wouldn't count Devil Within. Its more of an event in the game than a game itself. A good example from Tekken 5 would be the arcade game that's included with the loading screens.
