Wario Land: Shake It! and some musical trivia - Kitsune Hawk - 12-16-2014 Just a couple of easter eggs you can hear in Wario Land: Shake It!'s soundtrack, along with general trivia: 1. The level theme for Glittertown and Neon City is a remix of the Greenhorn Ruins' theme from Wario World.

2. (Possibly a coincidence) At the very beginning of the escape theme for Foulwater Falls and Gurgle Gulch, the bass line sounds remarkably similar to the underground theme from Super Mario Bros.
Not sure how much truth there is to this, but that might have carried on a reference from a beta level theme that was also built off of Super Mario Bros.' underground theme.
3. Because each level gives you one CD for the Sound Test, the escape theme for Aboard the Sweet Stuff cannot be added to the end-game Sound Test. 4. The levels Stonetooth Cave and Its-All Mine share the same escape theme, but since their normal themes are different, the aforementioned escape theme does not appear in the in-game Sound Test. 5. Each Subwarine level features an underwater gate as a boss, and the gate gets its own battle theme, but this is yet another song that doesn't appear in the in-game Sound Test.

|
