Persona 4 Arena Ultimax - Newcomer Movesets - SOGESNAKE - 12-29-2014
Some of the new characters added to the game have moves for their Persona that can't normally be learned in the actual Persona games...
Rise's Himiko can perform both Tetrakarn and Makarakarn, as well as even Arrow Rain.
Ken can perform Thunder Reign, which neither Nemesis or Kala-Nemi can learn naturally.
Adachi with Magatsu-Izanagi can use Megidola, though it can only use Megidolaon in Persona 4 Golden.

Honest question, when you're fighting Adachi with his Magatsu-Izanagi in either version of Persona 4, can it use Megidola then?

Nope. In the original Persona 4, Magatsu-Izanagi couldn't use any Almighty Skills. In Persona 4 Golden, the most he could use is Megidolaon.
