FPS: Day of Defeat: Source

JRPG: Final Fantasy... I don't play many RPG's

WRPG: Borderlands(If this counts)

Racing: One of the Mario Carts

Fighter: Super Street Fighter 4

Beat em' Up: Castle Crashers

Platform: Ratchet & Clank (If this counts)

Stealth: Goldeneye Wii (Only stealth game I can think of... LOL)

Shoot em' Up's: Dead Pixels

Third Person Shooter: Ratchet and Clank

Action Adventure: One of the Metroids

Visual Novel: 999 I guess.

Interactive Movie: Metroid Other M I don't know any.

Real Time Strategy: Mount & Blade: Warband

Turn Based Strategy: Fire Emblem

Puzzle: ScribbleNauts

FREE: UnderHell

All time favorite... Metroid Prime 3, Wind Waker, Skate 3, Ratchet & clank 3 I can't decide but those are the nominees I thought of off the top of my head.

So are Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

But those games have more RPG elements in them AND they actually have more heritage on that field. If you check the games' Wiki pages you can see that Fallout is described as an "action RPG" while FarCry is marked as an "FPS". If a game that allowed leveling up was an RPG by default that would then make almost all modern games RPGs.

Third Person Shooter: Jak 3(?)

Action Adventure: Uncharted 2: Among Theives

Visual Novel: Never played (The closest I have gotten to is the story mode of Blazblue)

Interactive Movie: Heavy Rain

Real Time Strategy: League of Legends
Turn Based Strategy: Advance Wars

Puzzle: Puyo Pop Fever
