the title screen in the Genesis version shows Woody with a devious face while in the SNES version shows him with an envious face. (0:34)
Upon clearing a level, Woody has a longer dancing animation in the Genesis version
The Day-Toy-Na level in the Genesis version bears a striking resemblance to Outrun, which was also released for the Genesis. however, it is not present in the SNES version of the game (44:00)
