MLB 10: The Show & MLB 11: The Show cover athlete - Kakariko Kid - 12-30-2015 Joe Mauer, of the Minnesota Twins, is the only cover athlete to appear on the cover for 2 years. Coincidentally, both appearances as cover athlete are in consecutive years. This is current as of December 2015.  RE: MLB 10: The Show & MLB 11: The Show cover athlete - Kakariko Kid - 12-30-2015 CANCEL!!! Jose Bautista appeared in years 12 and 13 on the Canadian cover.
