In Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, each of the three lakes of Azelf , Mesprit and Uxie have a TM located near the grassy areas.The TM'S are Fire Blast(In Lake Verity), Thunder ( In Lake Valor) and Blizzard ( In Lake Acuity). All 3 TM'S could be bought in the department stores in the previous generations. Also They each reference the 3 mystical birds of the 1st generation Pokemon ,as being the most powerful type move in that game.
