GioGio's Bizarre Adventure - Koichi Hirose was planned to be in the game - ZpaceJ0ck0 - 02-16-2016
Koichi Hirose was originally going to be a playable playable character in the game, probably facing Giorno Giovanna and/or Black Sabbath (much like his role in the manga), there are pictures and a video of him before the game release. However, Capcom dropped the idea before release and in the final game, he's nowhere to be seen.
