Does anyone think that President Haltmann from Kirby Planet Robobot bares a similarity to Sir Ebrum from the anime?

That's something I myself have happened to notice, but I know, like other such stuff people have noticed, it could just be a coincidence. I wouldn't be surprised if someone already has a Pending Submission bout the similarities between the 2.

Apart from the moustache and body shape, I don't really see it.
