Ultra Twelve - ZpaceJ0ck0 - 07-22-2017 First of all, I want to give some shoutouts to the "Street Fighter story crew" at the SRK forums for finding this out. The Street Fighter character Twelve bears a resemblence to the "Hibaku Seijin" (A-bomb Survivor Alien, later renamed Kyuketsu Seijin"/Vampire Alien) from the TWELFTH episode of the Tokusatsu series 'Ultraseven', said alien villain was a victim of a bomb explosion, horribly scarred, and was perceived to be a lampoon of atomic bomb's victims. After that, the episode never aired again, and was left out from every home video edition since.
