The Road Complex AA1 armor was altered in patches 1.0.1.2 and 1.0.1.3 to change their design. This was done as a result of the gauntlets' resemblance to the "Kek" meme which originated in [[Starcraft]] and [[World of Warcraft]] but has since taken a different meaning, often being associated with white nationalist movements.
The original intention was in reference to the meme's use in games, and the change came about as ({Bungie}) doesn't feel its inclusion given its more contemporary context to be appropriate for the game.
