Ultimate's main menu theme incorporates the "Warp Whistle" tune which originated in Super Mario Bros. 3 and later was used in the title theme of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

The warp whistle actually first originated in the first Zelda game for the NES, and has been used for a fair amount of Zelda Games that have Link warping between locations whenever need be:
