Sonic mania's studio was going to do a new Darkwing Duck game(although, from the pitch, it looks like a bit of a remake of the NES game but fixing it to make it more in the line with the graphic novel that came out around 2010). But capcom rejected it. I dont see this coming back in development, but hell, this did look promising.
