Toys for Bob logo theme from Star Control 2 - psyducklover13 - 09-04-2020
It turns out that, for a while, the Toys for Bob logo theme was taken from another of their games: more specifically, the theme for the Orz from Star Control II.
For reference, here is the logo in question (starts at around 0:53 in the video):
