Is it? It's Pop'n Music (8?) - I loved this series as a kid... I think I have an unfair advantage in some of these cases, seeing as I know far too many games to be healthy.

Not sure with the number, when i go to my local arcades it's Pop’n music 19 tune street.

I think it's more Pop'n Music 7, but I think Pop'n Music would be just fine for an answer for Kat.
Did you guys get PAL versions of the game? As far as I know, none of the 17(?) versions came out over here.
