Websites everyone should be aware of - SERIOUSLY THOUGH - 07-06-2013 Do you know of an amazing website that you feel should be known by everyone ? Well post it here and spread the internet love ! Have you ever looked up to the sky, spotted a plane flying far above, and wondered "I wonder where it's going?" Well, I made this thread because I unashamedly just spent an hour on this website - http://www.flightradar24.com/ Basically, it shows you every plane in the world and where they are. In real time. (though the USA's FAA have a 5 minute delay because freedom). You can zoom in, zoom out, see what plane is flying over your head. You can click on a plane, and it tells you all the info (where it came from, where it's going, company, airplane, altitude, speed) with a little line so you can see what path it took. And that's not the best thing. You can click 'cockpit view' and it puts you in a computer rendered Google-maps-esque view, so you can see what the plane is seeing. I can't say how much fun I've had over the past hour :D RE: Websites everyone should be aware of - Arjahn - 07-06-2013 http://projectfree.tv/, it lets you watch TV for free (Brilliantly named too) legally. To be fair, sometimes the quality of the players can be less than desirable, and a lot of shows it either doesn't have listed or it doesn't have available in watchable condition, plus typically the show or movie has to be at least 8 months old until someone uploads it, but you get what you pay for and it's functional for the most part. Also, dorkly.com, they upload videogame related comics and videos every weekday, and for the most part they're pretty great. They used to upload hilarious videos, but they haven't done any since March so I'm not sure what's going on there. RE: Websites everyone should be aware of - JiraiyaSennin - 07-06-2013 The website geoguessr is a cool geography game where you are placed randomly around the world and have to look around and guess where you are in the world by placing a marker. It's a pretty good time waster. I don't really go on DN so much anymore, but its there. I've got a Macro Rabbit that I almost actually own (need to order a few cards) and I've got a Lost Sanctuary deck I'm planning to build. I have them both up on the DN thought. I thought it would be fun because it has one of my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, that has been in the game since the very beginning, Penguin Soldier. They center around flip effects and returning cards to the enemy's hand. Pair them with Atlantean Dragons and you're gonna have a few happy feet jokes. (I'm just gonna stop here.
