You can't mean UMvC 3 I hope. That game requires a much more complicated understanding of the controls then Tekken. As for DOA, I can't say much about that game series, I don't care for it.

While think of Pokken Fighters, that reminded me of that Pikachu Detective Game. No one seems to remember it, but it was pretty intresting.

I started playing some Pokemon XD on an emulator the other day and it's awesome. I don't know why I didn't try it sooner.

To be honest, a friend and I, who both play fight games competitively, are on fair similar sides. He plays KoFXIII at a high level and finds it easy but Tekken hard to move. I feel the opposite and that Tekken has an easy level of entry. It's honestly preference at that point.

Also, if you can move into the foreground or background, it's considered a 3D fighter.

Such a good game series.

Such a good game series.

Seriously, I wish they would make more Pokemon games like this and Pokemon Colosseum. I always was more attracted to this spin off series than any of the main series games.

I lol'd at the flavor text under the picture where I found it: It's a rainbow of darwinism.

God I hope that Pokken game has Shuckle as a playable character.

Oh and if you guys want to get a feel for how a Pokemon Fighting game might work, there was a fan made game a while back that was pretty intense. I believe it was called Pokemon Type Wild or something to that degree.

So uhm, this trailer is pretty freaking cool. We now know what it looks like when you met the primal legendaries and when you dive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuU70-alh9o

Please tell me those figures are going to be available stateside.

RE: Pokemon Thread! - RepentantSky - 09-04-2014

So far as I know, the states are the only ones not getting anything special for these games.

Let's be honest. Did you really expect any different? I was hopeing, but I think we all knew better when it comes to cool pokemon related things.

RE: Pokemon Thread! - RepentantSky - 09-05-2014

Seems like North America always gets the short straw on that front. I think the best bonus we ever got for a game were those small figures that came with Heartgold and Soulsilver.

RE: Pokemon Thread! - Mass Distraction - 09-05-2014

Isn't it usually Japan>US>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Europe when it comes to special editions anyway. We get shafted the most when it comes to those. A different case should never be a "special edition".

RE: Pokemon Thread! - Pewable - 09-06-2014

I will think about you guys when I will put them on my shelf. I hope you will have them though.

Bought D-arts Venusaur for my girlfriend (during HobbyLink Japan's sales) , very nice: http://i.imgur.com/72oJin6.jpg

A picture of the shelf with Pokemon things, but better quality: http://i.imgur.com/UEnfQHC.jpg

A lot of stuff are in boxes, no room for them.
