I'm just going to copy paste what I put on GameSprout so if it doesn't all make sense, that's why.
I really feel rather limited when it comes to this site, and I hate that something fierce if I'm honest. Its because I really don't know much in regards to coding and such, and I was trained in PS cs6 but can't get my dang hands on it. So, I've been thinking about it, and I want to know, have any of you ever been part of a modding community and would offer advice with programs and such? I don't need any work done, just a direction to go. My school years starts on Monday so I haven't been very active, as you may or may not have noticed, so I may not see this immediately, but please, any suggestions would really be loved.
I'm a member on the Fallout New Vegas Nexus so I'd prefer to stick to Fallout for now just for simplicity's sake.
