3DS got an update.
Main changes for version 9.0.0-20
Update released: October 6th, 2014
•Users can now use themes to customize the design and sounds of the HOME Menu
•Five themes are pre-installed and additional themes can be purchased from the Theme Shop
•Themes can be changed by using settings located within the HOME Menu settings
•A feature has been added that allows users to capture screenshots of their HOME Menu
•The Nintendo eShop Title Information page has been updated to provide easier access to any available videos, demos, user reviews, and other information
•Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience
Kinda cool, downloading the update now.

Edit: I would want to say this. I want to see Rare's IPS come back to their proper roots, but given how many times we've been 'told' about Rare going back to their games, we always get shitted on by Microsoft's stupidity. And not a whole lot of people are willing to see that Microsoft is making Rare fail.

Whoever decided this was a good idea needs to stop making games, I don't care if it was Iwata himself, this is complete bullshit. Megaman is not some Neco, toy thing to be made fun of, and this will in no way get him back into the line of sight of gamers to help him get in a new game. It's rare that I actually get mad at anything gaming that doesn't actually relate to a crime (I.E. ISIS making a GTA-like game to try and convert people to their terrorism and so on) but this is seriously the worst idea anyone could have come up with.

And now someone feels my pain when it comes Bad Box Art Megaman in Street Fighter X Teken. It's stupid to think fans would buy a game for a joke, which is why I was never going to buy the game. I found out that people liked the joke and would pay even the greatest price to play as him. Now that this has come out, I still think it's pretty lame to get Kitty Man, I have to say that it still something and I'm not going to buy the game for him. I'll be buying it for Samus. Besides, a game where you beat up mosters in a pre-historic setting having an anime cat and space chick in it? I'm surprised the Monster Hunter fans aren't crying Betrayal yet.
