Attempting to validate an account on mojang's service

My little brother bought a minecraft card to play the game on pc, but the verification email hasn't been sent. I figured it was just g-mail acting funny so I tried it on an outlook e-mail and it hasn't come as of yet. Is this something I can personally change or would I have to wait?

Give it a day, sometime's digital distribution can be a little slow when it's not part of a major chain, be sure to check all of your spam folders and that you entered your email correctly, if none of that helps then try looking up something at Mojang's support center (https://help.mojang.com/) or contacting them directly.

Also we should totally play minecraft together sometime
