Only had a Gamecube, so my answer is pretty biased.

Had a Gamecube, really only wanted it for Luigi's Manson, Super Mario Sunshine, Melee.

Had a PS2 because I enjoyed my PS1 so darn much and the PS2 showed me how much potential Sony had in the next gen with their amazing graphics, plus the controller just feels right in my hands.

Xbox I have one only for the Halo series and Fable.

Dreamcast I have one but so few games for it because I was a little shit when it came out and did not appreciate the console for what it was, ahead of it's time.

My vote went to the PS2 because of the countless hours I put into so many games.

I voted GameCube, even though I have all of the systems that one probably has the best memories.

I'm gonna have to go with Gamecube, because it just was more fun for me than the other consoles were.

I have played on the Xbox, Playstation, and Gamecube; but the Gamecube was basically my childhood and easily is the best console in my opinion. I liked that they had so many different ideas, like all the original characters and enemies in Super Mario Sunshine, the amazing cell shaded art style in Wind Waker, Pikmin where you can control a variety of different little armies, Donkey Kong Jungle Beat in the way you fought the bosses and moved with the bongos, Mario Kart: Double Dash with dual characters and dual items, etc.

I voted for the Gamecube because it's the only 6th generation console I played so far. Despite that, there are parts that I like that has to do with Sony's success and a lot of us wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for these four consoles.

I really love the Dreamcast. For what it represents as sega's final swan song, it's small but rock solid library full of innovation and the first time that affordable, arcade perfect-or-better gaming came home... and how it was trying to be forward thinking with the internet and windows-based hardware design... and the memories of going online with it and meeting friends that I still have.

...but the PS2 played PS1 games, PS2 games and DVDs, which means it was just a better thing to have next to my TV. The PS1 library is ridiculously classic that would be a tl;dr list and just in the PS2's own library you've FFX & FFXII, FFXI with the HDD, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, RE4 port, Okami, God of War 1 & 2, GTAIII Vice City & San Andreas, MGS2 & 3, Disgaea 1 & 2, Xenosaga 1-3, Dragon Quest VIII, Bully, Ratchet & Cank series, Jak & Dexter series, Persona 3 & 4, Klonoa 2, Devil May Cry 1 & 3, Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2, Rogue Galaxy, Odin Sphere, Grim Grimoire, Shining Force EXA, Puzzle Quest... even classic Guitar Hero memories for the 6 months I enjoyed that game before everyone ruined it.

There's more, but I don't wanna grasp for straws and that was way enough for me.

I got a Gamecube when they were cheap and used, but barely got to enjoy it before losing it, but I bought plenty of great games for it with the intention of enjoying. The GBA add-on was awesome too.

Xbox only mattered to me at all because my cousin had one and Halo & Ninja Gaiden were awesome.

This is a tough one. On one hand with the GameCube, I spent countless hours playing SSBM and 007 Nightfire with so many friends. And with the Simpsons Hit and Run, Luigi's Mansion, and Animal Crossing, it's a strong lineup. But overall I had way fewer games on the Gamecube.
But on the PS2 hand, I also spent a ridiculous amount of time playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 with my cousin. There was also Kingdom Hearts and...huh.

Gamecube.

Gotta go with the Gamecube, though I still enjoyed the Xbox/PS2/Dreamcast. Gaemceub had everything I wanted. Such good memories, local gaming sessions and just good time to be gaming back then.
