Because it clearly states that Tatsuya Minami has retired from his position and replaced by someone else (that's pretty much what the "steps down" expression means). Why does this comment keep getting highlighted as new? Apparently, new LoZ will be Nintendo's E3 focus this year and its charted to come out on Wii U and NX in 2017.

Also, they say that the NX won't replace the Wii U. I WONDER WHERE WE HEARD THAT BEFORE???? (cough DS cough).

Nintendo to sell (most) rights of the Seattle Mariners. They will continue to own 10% of the stake, but they are selling most of the stake.

Since Konami F'd off with Silent Hill, another company is making a game that looks very much like the older SHs. It's called Forgotten Memories: Alternate Realities and will be coming out this year.
