Click on your username, and your user number will be in the URL.
Take that number and make it your Pokémon ! If you have a four-digit number, just take the first three numbers !

https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokedex/ has an easy way to type your number in.

For example, I'm user 123, so that makes me...

Ummmmmmm 
Take the last two digits of your user-number, divide them by 100 and multiply them by 150 !
Then take the first two, divide them by 100 and multiply them by 150 !


So you, Kakariko would be (24/100)*150 = 36, and (22/100)*150 = 33 !
