Arcade games count too. And indie games
okay i never got all achievements for a game but for 2 games i came really close
i have 92% of all achievements for borderlands
and 94% of saints row 3 achievements
and for ps3
last game i got all trophy's was far cry 3
working on labyrinth legends (Psn game)

Pac-Man CE DX, or something like that, the only game I have gotten all of the a achievements in.

Looking through my steam and xbox profiles I've concluded that Fallout New Vegas was my last game I 100%'ed.

Bioshock. And that was very recently. Even though I first played the game when it first released... took almost 6 years to get all the achievements.

The last game I got all achievements for was the Battlefield 1943 xbox 360 arcade game.

Call of Duty 2, all it required was beating the game once on Veteran, no DLC, no multiplayer.

The only game I did this for was Dead Rising: chapter 0...not that impressive really.

Fallout 3 back in 2011 or so.
I would do Fallout New Vegas, but that last warhead achievement is going to be long.
Besides, I don't really like getting all achievements because it takes time, like how in ODST, getting 200,000 points on all maps or something is stopping me from getting the achievements, that is 10 hours of my time, to get 50 Gamerscore.
