I opened the curtains and both the windows when I went to sleep the night before.

When I woke up, one of the windows was shut closed and the curtains were down.

Spooky.

Who you gonna call?  GHOSTBUSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have had the last three days off due to snow. A five day weekend doesn't upset me at all.
I kind of want to get one of those Raspberry Pi 3s that were recently announced and turning it into the Doom machine.

edit : It honestly looks too easy with the exception of a single program. Deciding against it for now.
Turned out you can search your Youtube Search History back years.

Currently I'm three years back (which is actually around 2012 or so) and I'm finding stuff I forgot I even searched, and things I didn't even know I searched.

My younger brother has put together a few Rasberry Pis for specific media functions (like cheap continous video stream). He hasn't had any issues with them for smaller stuff like that

That's a brilliant idea, a mini cheap PC for gaming... I may have to take part.

Everyone is over here talking about these little PCs (that I know nothing about) while I'm over here by myself still processing that Cosmyk has a younger brother.
I totally did not know that. Can I call him Petro? See what I did there?  B-)   (hope I didn't go too far)

Haha, don't know how he'd take to that. He's only 16 months younger than me and looks like my dad's side of the family. So he's 5'9, blond with blue eyes. I'm not sure we could look more different.
A woman stopped traffic on a major highway in Houston today by stripping off all of her clothes, climbing on top of an 18 wheeler, and dancing.

That doesn't quite look like dancing to me, but I guess when you're naked on an 18 wheeler and high as a kite, it feels like it.

She was definietly dancing, I just couldn't find a picture that wasn't blurred out (you couldn't tell she was dancing) or on facebook (i'm not taking the time to upload those to imgur. It's a pain in the ass.).

A true modern-day figurehead.

How did this whole affair end ?
I'm doing the dumbest question of my coursework right now.

I have to calculate how much space someone life (70 years, was the example, but I'm assuming 47 due to sleep not recording video or sound) would take up digitally. I've tried my best to work it out but I'm getting ridiculous numbers. I mean, I know it wouldn't be like 500 GB but I didn't expect it to come out in PETABYTES.

They've even given us the answer, or at least another interpretation of the answer. Which is apparently 27.5TB. (I'm assuming compressed)

I don't even know anymore. Why am I even calculating this.

That seems very low !
Let's say a good quality, 120-minute HD film is 1GB. 500MB per hour.
47 years is 411,720 hours.
So 500MB*411,720hours = 205860000MB = 205860GB =  205.86TB.

Even that seems surprisingly low for a whole lifetime of filming.
