Actually I was gonna put Tekken.
So:
Tekken - Best fighting series personally
Bioshock - some of the best gameplay and story telling(Bioshock 1 especially)
Street Fighter(including the VS series) - Really made me see fighting games in a different way so much respect to that series)
Metroid - One of Nintendos best series that's never put out a bad game and really feels like it's matured as gamers got older.
