The most annoying things in video games?

One thing that I should mention that really annoys me is whenever a video game is being developed, it never gets finished(either because the game itself gets scrapped or the company makes a dumb choice and cans it without giving reason).
E.g. Conker's Other Bad Fur Day, Donkey Kong Racing, Epic Mickey III to name a few. |
