[Mass Distraction]

So, I just finished the third season of Black Lagoon. I wish I hadn't.

SPOILERS AHEAD, if someone insists on watching this crapfest.

Oh, and if you meant the third season by the OVA, then no, Rock absolutely didn't get his character expanded on in this one. He seemed to have changed only for it to be revealed at the end that he is still the same. He and Revy didn't get anywhere. The only person who got some character detail was Balalaika. Otherwise, fuck this piece of shit season to hell. Roberta is apparently invincible, for being shot multiple times, one shot being straight through the eye. Nope, still running and gunning. Then one guy finally gets on her weak side, shoots two weapons empty on her from point blank range, misses each and every shot, gets killed. Even when the goddamn US military captures Roberta as the new Osama Bin Laden THEY FUCKING LET HER GO. This is never explained. They just did, even though she seemingly was public enemy number one and killed dozens of US soldiers for the fun of it. Oh, and Roberta propably got some sexy tiems with the "young master" who is propably 12. Well fucking done. All this while Revy is reminiscing how she got raped by her father. Because why not. The writing may not have been so great in the series to begin with but holy damn, even a bunch of trained manatees could have come up with a better plot.
