I disagree. If Arjahn was actually suspended, he would still be able to view the site. But he's banned, and banned people can't view the site (trust me, I know this for a fact). Being suspended and being banned are two totally different things.

These doesn't really say anything other than you folks are able to image leech and that you like dumb memes; not to mention images take longer to load a page than text.
While we're on the topic, can we make a rule or at least encourage posters to NOT chain quote large images or posts? It happens a fair bit, and nearly nobody takes the time to edit out the img tags or trim down a long wall of text.
