It also seems that the Black-Eyes Blue Prinny is a pun on both the Red Eyes Black Dragon and the Blue Eyes White Dragon.
His name is a mash up of Seto Kaiba and Yu-Gi-Oh! so I'd say Blue-Eyes, seeing as Black Eyes and Blue actually describe the Prinny.
