The mina and the count short originated from Cartoon network. It has been speculated that it would later influence the cartoon network show Billy and Mandy(although, Mina and the count is better compared to Billy and Mandy in my opinion. Its a late Ren and Stimpy rip off).

Yeah, all these years and I had only seen the first episode that aired on the What a Cartoon! show. An internet buddy recently told me that Nick had a few more shorts made of it and than dropped it. I freaked out and was so happy to see what I'd missed.

I actually hated Billy and Mandy. Mandy was just a flipping bitch and Billy was a moron. Grim was fine, but those kids ruined the show for me and I could never sit through an entire episode.
