There have been many splash texts appear throughout different versions of Minecraft.
One example is "Let's Danec!" instead of "Let's Dance!"
The e and c have swapped places. This is a reference to a typo Notch made in "Wurm Online". "Kinda like Lemmings" is a reference to the game "Lemmings", in which the player mines, digs and blows things up.
