At this point, we only have to wait a little over 2 weeks for the Japanese release. We'll know soon enough.
My only problem is that the story has one major hole. If I remember right, the story is that the leaks are from someone at the ESRB playing the game to rate it, and leaking stuff about it. However, according to their website, they don't play the games that they rate. The developers fill out a questionnaire, and then send in footage of the game. Unless all the leaks are just the sent in footage, why would it be captured with a camera, rather a capture device? Also, why would the name of the character be "ESRB0083"? If Nintendo made it, it would most likely be "Treehouse" or "NOA", or there wouldn't even be a name like what we see with other games with nameable characters. EVen if
