After 2 months, I've found 2 rather intresting things about that.
1. VGFacts is in the URL. If you change the URL removing VGFacts, it leads to to dykg.com/index.php no matter what URL it is and displays Chinese text that when translated, leaves this message.

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and search for "HTTP" and "404" in the title.
Open the "IIS Help" (accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr)), the search for the title and then "Site Settings", "Common Administrative Tasks" and "About Custom Error Messages" theme.
