PC Boots to no monitor signal

Yeah it should be fine, I bought a decent 600w one a month ago and it's been working well.

Yup, the on-board, which was working perfectly well last week, should be functioning properly. It was all working well, then I inserted the new card and attached the PCI power cable to the card, and it booted to a black screen. Then I removed the graphics card (and the PCI cable) and it did the exact same thing.

I didn't actually change anything, the on-board one is attached to the motherboard, so I put the new card in then removed it without changing ANYTHING else in the case.

When I boot the PC, all of the LEDs light up and my USB WiFi adapter in the back lights it's LED, but my USB keyboard does not light, which it should. Not sure if that's helpful or not, just trying to provide as much info as possible. My buddy thinks that it might be the processor, but neither of us are sure at this point.
