and I respect you more so for saying this. If its critique you're wanting, I cannot say for sure (you'll have to ask a mod, I guess), but creative actually does seem like a good spot after all. You won't necessarily get a lot of responses but its more of an open to discussion sort of format.

I tried posting there originally, but my post was moved here by a mod/admin. Not that I mind or anything, but I imagine they want to keep youtube content creation out of creative discussion for the sake of focusing on other forms of creativity that don't usually get the spotlight? That was the impression I got, anyway.
