I actually saw this topic discussed on the show Comic Book Men when some people were either bringing in or wanting to buy these specific brand of toy figures.
It was a Chemtoy Clark Kent/Superman figure where the company completely botched the look of the character. Hell the S on his chest looked like he may have melted hot wax and used tooth picks to shape the 'S' it looks so bad.
They made a joke in the episode that the President of Chemtoys must of been huffing the fumes there if he thought that piece of crap was good enough.
