Hijacking this thread again. From bows to guns, who is your favorite gunner / weapons expert? Note that just holding a gun does not a gunner make. For example, Commander Keen is not a gunner.
I'll go with everyone's favorite gun-toting vampire, Vincent Valentine.

If someone isn't convinced of his capabilities with guns, he had a whole game based on shootouts and gun customization.
