Sorry nope. Speculation in general (if you're new) is a beginners trap. It happens all the time and in the end, you'll get nothing back. Maybe an extra £10/$10 back in 30 years if you keep it sealed but no.
I don't like VGA Grading. But if you're going to grade something, then make it of a game of value. You can't grade/invest in a game that is clearly a multi million seller.
That's just from my point of view. I've been gaming collecting for well over 12 years and just taking a newly released game and keeping it sealed away just seems pointless. If you want to go for a Majoras Mask that can be used for investment, then maybe the Special Edition or 3DS XL.
It's like when I go on eBay and people list Pokemon Yellow at Buy it Now £30 with the title
Pokemon Yellow mint Cartridge only Rare.
Rare? A game that sold 5 million+ is rare?
Knowing the game, the version, the system it's on, the price at the time, the sales, the amount printed etc all fall into how you should do investment.
It's like taking Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1 and keeping it sealed.

Remakes can be tricky too, my local game shop has an unopened copy of Pokemon Leaf Green for $100, that originally sold for $40, so they probably gave the guy $70~$80.That's the problem with people who don't know anything about game collecting. They think they have gold dust when they don't.
But if the Vgfacts forums have taught me anything, Zelda fans are nucking futs, so go futs.
