I must say this whole story makes me perplexed. If you go into a jurisdiction and commit a crime, why do you then go becrying it when you get caught and sentenced to death ?
Drug smugglers who go to Indonesia know full well that there is no two ways about it over there -- you smuggle drugs; you get executed.
I'm in no way saying that I support their death penalty provisions, but goddamit, don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
