There's another The Walking Dead Season 1 Easter Egg for The Last of Us.
In chapter 7 "Tommy's Dam", when Ellie helped Joel to find a way to cross the dam, Ellie stuck her handout to Joel to do a high five, either you choose to high five her or leave her hanging. This is a reference to The Walking Dead Season 1 Episode 3 in the "Travelier Motel", when Duck helped Lee to find what he's looking for, Duck stuck his handout to Lee to do a high five, the same way and choice as Joel does to Ellie.
