It's weird, I haven't been hyped for anything (and I mean anything) since Halo 3: ODST, but Terminator Genisys is something I actually am pretty hyped for, and it got me thinking.
The film is basically if they sent a Terminator back to when Sarah Connor was a young girl, and the Terminator raised her up until 1984 or whenever Kyle Reese is being sent back to, but those years where the Terminator raised Sarah (if that's what he did) would make for the perfect action/comedy film akin to Arnold's work in the 90's.
I mean just imagine what you could work with.
Sarah missing the school bus and the Terminator putting her on the motorcycle and having a chase similar to Terminator 2.
A possible scene where he has to go shopping following a list Sarah gives him and he has no idea what he is doing (Catsup or Ketchup comes to mind) or just picks shit off the shelves like he did in Terminator 3.
Being pulled over by a cop and the cop looks like the T1000 from Terminator 2 and he just stares at him for 10 seconds or so, and then is free to go.
An incredibly awkward parents evening.
The obligatory scene where Sarah gets pissed that the Terminator doesn't understand her and her life.
Possibly a scene where she is with a boy and they're both teenagers and the Terminator comes outta nowhere and grabs him out of the car asking who he is and such.
Doing something incredibly out of place as well, like going to an amusement park and Sarah loses at those water gun games and the Terminator wins the game with his superior aiming skills or goes on an roller-coaster with a stoic look on his face not reacting to it at all.
I mean you've got some good stuff here to go on. Such as shame it's not the 90's and Arnold is not young again.
