Genuinely upset about this. I almost didn't believe it at first.
" The guy we saw as a Jim Henson muppet only 3 or so weeks ago? That Satoru Iwata!?" but yes. T'is a shame. I've been getting pretty teary eyed seeing all of the tributes and words from people within the industry. Head of Xbox, PlayStation, Warren Spector, Rob Bowling, Journalists, John Romero, Konami, All of MiiVerse and many more. Really sad day for the entire industry.
I loved Nintendo when Iwata joined. Those years in the early 2000's where Nintendos finest. I may not agree with some stuff like Region Locking and the Amiibo situation but generally, he seemed like an incredible man.
