Heavy Troop. This is any soldier, mercenary, hero, or villain who by all accounts is carrying WAY too much.
I'm stuck between Siegfried from Soul Calibur and Johanna from Diablo 3 (or Heroes of The Storm depending on your perspective.)

I think Johanna would be heavier in full kit though.
