The World of Warcraft on Chinese servers is different from other servers. It has been censored to hide instances of blood, gore, and death, replacing them with other objects such as sandbags and bread. Undead creatures have been edited in a way which makes them appear less dead.

Even if it is China and they censor everything, this is interesting. Who chose the replacment objects here?
"Sir, the dead bodies are too gruesome for mere mortal eyes!"
"I command thee to cover it in the name of decency... WITH BREAD".
"Yes sir".

That scenario sounds amazing.
