I don't know, i'm just going to leave my opinion on the subject (in general terms):

A white person acting for non-white roles = “whitewashing”, but a non-white person acting “white” roles = inclusion and diversification..?



Besides, Motoko Kusanagi is a cyborg, so tecnically she can change her appaearence/switch bodies to whatever pleases her.

Funny considering Black Widow is supposed to be Russian and she is nothing like that.

I think "whitewashing" is pretty stupid since it does apply when randomly changing a character from white to black.

Was that paragraph in your post directed to...who? i never mentioned anything about Black Widow........besides, Russian people are still white.
