I'm not saying people who like Minecraft are stupid for liking it, I'm just saying they need a better argument than "you make your own goals," because there are only two goals: building and surviving, as you said before.

Actually I did not. I said that there are two ways of playing the game. Surviving and building. I never said that those were actual goals. The whole point of Minecraft is for you to make your own goals. There is no other way of explaining it. Don't like that absolute freedom in a game, then clearly Minecraft isn't for you.
