Under normal circumstances, I would have choosen Final Fight 2's Carlos Miyamoto, but since his nationality was changed to that of "Brazilian" (http://forums.shoryuken.com/discussion/c...t_10804939), I gotta go with.......honestly, I am a ignorant on the subject, so yeah...
But for real tho, why did they change his nationality? This change is unnecessary.
